We are a family-run business dedicated to fruit cultivation and processing for national and international markets, all under the highest standards of excellence.

Organizational Strategy

We seek to be recognized for our innovation in the exportation of fresh and dried fruits and for our emphasis on the certification of our products and personnel. It is fundamental for us to create solid, strategic alliances for all purchase, consultancy and sale of our products.

That is why we focus our vision on:

  • Establish global policies and CSR-based management systems (Corporate Social Responsibility)
  • Implement a formal evaluation system to deal with new challenges, create agreements and ties with the company.
  • Establish a participatory management by involving our employees in the planning of company tasks
  • Increase the QA programs and certifications, among others.
  • Optimize the infrastructure and implement technology in order to produce the highest quality fruit.
Consolidate strategic alliances with other companies from the industry and improve our commercial tactics for direct sales in other countries.
